Since 1 April 2023, VTD Vakuumtechnik Dresden GmbH has been fully merged with VON ARDENNE GmbH. Thus, VON ARDENNE GmbH will enter into all business transactions of VTD Vakuumtechnik GmbH as its legal successor.
