We develope and manufacture customer-specific PVD, PECVD, plasma and vacuum process systems. We build individual vacuum systems for various applications in accordance with the requirements of our customers.
These include, among others:
- PVD laboratory equipment with evaporation and sputtering technology
- PVD inline systems for various optical and functional coatings
- Plasma treatment plants for polymers for activating the surface
- Vacuum batch tempering furnaces for changing the crystal structure and vacuum inline furnaces for the desorption of adsorbates
Our special plants are used for research and development under laboratory conditions as well as in industrial mass production.
