The fully automatic short-tact system META TABLE has been developed for integration into fully automatic production line with upstream and downstream production steps. It is a horizontal sputter-down system without substrate rotation, which is mainly used in the cosmetics packaging industry in combination with lacquering systems. The cycle time is about 130 seconds.

The VERA 700C is the big sister of the VERA 450C. It is mounted on a single frame, very compact and can be either installed in the laboratory or integrated into a cleanroom wall. The VERA 700C is ideal for optical coatings or metallization of components and is used in R&D laboratories as well as for series production.
The VERA 450C is the perfect choice for optical coatings or metallization of small components and is used in R&D laboratories and for series production.

PLASMA 870
The plasma system is designed for the activation and cleaning of substrate surfaces of reflector parts as pre-treatment before lacquering processes. Plasma pre-treated surfaces are characterized by an increased surface energy which improves the wettability and leads to better adhesion of coatings on plastics. Due to the short cycle time of 60s, the PLASMA 870 can be integrated into a fully automatic production process.

META V 1800
The META V 1800 is a vertical double door batch system, especially for thermal resistive evaporation of Al.
The META V 1800 can be equipped with a plasma polymerization system (MF-PECVD) to apply a SiOx protective layer on top of the meta coating.
The vertical double door concept requires a smaller footprint compared to horizontal batch systems and enables efficient operation of the system by reciprocal loading of the rotary planets with substrates.

MINIMET
The MINIMET is a fully-automatic PVD short-cycle system for integration into a lean production process with robot loading and unloading. It has 4 stations: loading and unloading, plasma pretreatment, metallization, plasma post-treatment.
Due to its compact design and small footprint, the MINIMET can be positioned near injection molding plants. With its cycle time of 40 seconds, MINIMET can coat the products of up to 3 injection molding plants.
